For the reflection of pedagogical practices, a multifunctional room was created in 2020, the Centre of Practice, which, in addition to the standard equipment of the teaching room, has technology that allows to analyze and create video sequences of the teaching process. In the short term, it is planned to equip the centre with multimedia technologies supporting education and application of educational software for the needs of the development of didactic skills of the university students.

The faculty has a multimedia workstation to develop and use the inter-university Internet communication system. There is instrumentation, information and computer equipment in the following structure: interactive whiteboards, special cameras, web cameras, audio system mix console, amplifier, speakers, microphones, digital camera, data projectors, PC (personal computer for videoconferencing purposes).

As it is an academically oriented study programme, which does not require special technological equipment due to its content and composition of courses, the classrooms and lecture rooms fully meet the standards for spatial, material and technical provision of the study programme.

b) - Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.).

UKF has the following systems for managing, storing and evaluating information, including its added value, which it uses in line with its strategic and operational objectives:

1.    Academic Information System (AIS2) - currently used to record comprehensive information about the study programme (study plans, information sheets, The Research/Artistic Pedagogical Characteristics (VUPCH) of teachers, registration of students and comprehensive information about their admissions, and studies, final theses, state exams. UKF creates timetables through AIS and carries out evaluation of programmes, teachers and studies by students. Through the AIS, data are provided to the Central Register of Students and the Central Register of Final Theses, the University Portal.  At the management level, the AIS serves as a source for reporting on teaching and for measuring the educational performance of departments and their study offerings. The information collected in the AIS also serves as a basic source for accreditation and the development of study offerings.

2.    Document management (DOC) - (document management system) serves as an authorized zone for employees and students of the university and together with the intranet part of the website provides access to current documents (internal regulations of the university and faculty, forms, decisions of the rector, deans (e.g. in the field of scholarships), software (licensed and freely available), working materials of management units, etc.

3.    Education Portal (EDU) - https://edu.ukf.sk/

4.    Library Information System (LIS) - https://kis.ukf.sk/opacXE

5.    Registry (REG) - https://uis.ukf.sk/

6.    Food system - https://www.stravovanie.ukf.sk/

7.    Order system (OSYS) - ttps://osys.ukf.sk:4443/osys/users/login/?u=%2Fosys%2F

8.    Accommodation System (UIS)- https://uis.ukf.sk/

9.    Attendance system (Watt) - https://watt.ukf.sk/

10. Employee Portal (ESS) - https://portal.ukf.sk/kvalita/index.php?r=site/login

11. Web mail for staff and students- https://posta.ukf.sk/webmail/

12. University website - https://www.ukf.sk/

All information systems communicate with the user through a secure channel. In order to simplify access and minimize the possibility of access data theft, central authentication has been deployed, which stores the access data of staff and students via LDAP and allows their authentication on request from all information systems.

The system is linked to the financial and personnel system (SOFIA) so that an employee's access to the University's systems and objects is automatically blocked upon termination of employment and, conversely, access is created upon hire.

The complete educational agenda at the UKF is provided through the Academic Information System (AIS). The system processes data on the education of a particular student from the moment of submitting his/her application for university studies, through the registration of the results of studies to the registration and printing of documents on education. In addition to the learning outcomes, it also includes the registration of final theses, timetable of classes and students' registration for it. At the same time, the AIS provides data for the Central Register of Students and the Central Register of Final Theses. At management level, the AIS serves as a source for reporting on teaching and for measuring the educational performance of departments and their staff. The information collected in the AIS also serves as a basic source for accreditation and the development of study offerings.

DOC (document management system) serves as an authorized zone for employees and students of the university and together with the intranet part of the website provides access to current documents (internal regulations of the university and faculties, forms, decisions of the rector, deans (e.g. in the field of scholarships), software (licensed and freely available), working materials of management units, etc.

The Library Information System (LIS) ensures the activities of the University Library of the UKF. The record of publication activity is operated within the Library Information System, allowing access to the personal publication activity of each employee both at the level of input and at the level of retrieval of publication and citation outputs. The data obtained serve as a source for the evaluation of staff and departments in the area of publication performance and at the same time represent a source for the Central Register of Publication Activity.

Students of the Didactics of Technical Subjects study programme have priority access to the University Library located on the campus of the Faculty of Education in Zobor - Dražovská 4 (the University also includes three reading rooms: at Dražovská cesta 4, Hodžova 1 and Kraskova 1). Opening hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 20.00, Saturday 8.00 - 13.00. The University Library's mission is to ensure free access to information disseminated on all types of media through library and information services, to meet the cultural, informational, scientific research and educational needs of users, to promote lifelong learning and the spiritual development of people. The library provides library services (interlibrary loan, consultation, reference, bibliographic and research services) to teachers, researchers and students, as well as to the general public. In addition, it stores and bibliographically registers the qualifying works of students, scientific and pedagogical staff of the UKF and the publishing and artistic activities of pedagogical, scientific staff and doctoral students of the UKF. In the reading rooms there is compulsory literature, which is freely available. Users are informed about the library's services and activities on the library's website www.uk.ukf.sk. The library's collection is processed in the library-information system DAWINCI and the library's collection is accessible via the on-line catalogue. The library provides access to the Internet and in its shop it sells textbooks and publications published by the UKF in Nitra. The premises of the University Library are covered by wireless internet connection. The total stock of the University Library of the UKF in Nitra as of 28/10/2020 was 323 751 library units.

Remote access to electronic information resources results from the long-term goal of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. Within the priority area IV-2.1, the task of the library is to provide remote access for users of library services (access to domestic and foreign databases and electronic periodicals) for the possibility to use library services from the external environment.

The National Licence of Electronic Information Resources (NL EIZ) is intended for all academic, public, scientific and special libraries in Slovakia. It includes databases of Gale publishing house: AcademicOneFile, GeneralOneFile, InfoTracCustomJournal

The Infotrac database provides more than 31,800 titles in various disciplines. For easier work, the entire database is divided into sub-databases: AcademicOneFile database containing more than 18 000 titles - intended for academic and scientific libraries, GeneralOneFile database containing more than 14 000 titles - intended for public and other libraries.

E-learning portals are a secondary source of study materials. In September 2007, LMS Moodle was implemented as a university-wide e-learning portal in the structure corresponding to the structure of the university (faculties divided into departments). The edu.ukf.sk portal is designed to support the teaching of accredited courses. The number of users of the EDU system exceeds 13,500 users per year (of which about one third are active), which can be considered as a smooth promotion of e-learning in the university environment. The successful implementation of Structural Funds projects involving the development of e-learning courses has contributed to this fact.

Within the framework of the NISPEZ project University Library UKF through CVTI SR provided access to the following electronic information databases: SCOPUS, SpringerLink, Wiley Online Library, ProQuest Central, ScienceDirect, Knovel Library, Web of Knowledge - Current Contents Connect (CCC), Web of Knowledge - Essential Science Indicators (ESI), Web of Knowledge - Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Web of Knowledge - MEDLINE, Web of Knowledge - Web of Science (WOS), Web of Knowledge - Korean Journal Database, Web of Knowledge - Russian Science Citation Index, Web of Knowledge - SciELO Citation Index.

Thanks to the cooperation with the Slovak National Library in Martin, the University Library UKF had access to the databases of the American company EBSCO Publishing: Academic Search Complete, Agricola, AHFS Consumer Medication Information, Business Source Premier, ERIC, GreenFile, Health Source - ConsumerEdition, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition, Humanities International Complete, Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts, MasterFILE Premier, MEDLINE with Full Text, Newspaper Source, Regional Business News, Teacher Reference Center.

UKF has an extensive network of specialised ICT-equipped classrooms. In addition, students have free access to computer boxes in the corridors, practically in all buildings of the university. UKF currently has 790 PCs at its disposal for students. Their construction and renovation of the existing ones were largely carried out in 2010-2012 (however, they have undergone complete renovation several times) within the framework of the Structural Funds projects (Modernisation of infrastructure to improve the quality of education and Development of infrastructure with a focus on ICT - a prerequisite for education in the 3rd millennium). Under these projects, more than 100 classrooms were also equipped with data projectors and connected workstations. Specialised classrooms were created and equipped (a special language classroom equipped with software for translators; 2 classrooms equipped with complete interpreting facilities; a specialised audiovisual classroom; a research, recording and communication centre and a university creative studio).

A significant step in the field of e-learning is the integration of a system for recording and broadcasting lectures, which is deployed in 5 lecture rooms within the individual faculties.

The basis of the technical infrastructure of data and telecommunication networks is a 10 Gb/s optical network, built within the framework of the Structural Funds projects (Modernisation of infrastructure to improve the quality of education and Development of infrastructure with a focus on ICT - a condition for education in the 3rd millennium). Thanks to the Structural Funds, the wireless signal coverage was also extended and is now available in all the University's buildings. UKF currently has 113 wireless access points.

The computer network and the operation of the information systems are provided by several dozen servers, which have been gradually expanded thanks to funding from the Structural Funds. At present, information systems are in most cases run on virtual systems, which saves energy costs and increases the security of the systems against intrusions.

In order to provide basic information support for students, an e-mail system has been set up on the University's own behalf, through which each student receives his or her own e-mail account for official communication with the institution upon enrolment. In addition to e-mail communication, communication via the departmental websites and the distribution of messages in the AIS system, student information is also provided via large screens integrated into the University's information system. This technology has been implemented within the framework of the project Development of ICT Infrastructure - a prerequisite for education in the 3rd millennium and its aim is to provide up-to-date information, multimedia presentations as well as departmental presentations at the most frequented locations of the University.

A significant step demonstrating the level of the university was the involvement in the Eduroam project, the basic idea of which is to allow students and academic staff to connect to a computer network in another academic institution without having to register or obtain access data. Currently, all areas of the university have wifi available to students on the Eduroam network. Connecting to the network only requires the user to have a username and password that they use at their home institution. As part of the implementation of the quality of education and research, an information systems superstructure has been built in recent years to map the activity, productivity and results of the university's creative staff. The development of this management superstructure has resulted in closer cooperation between the different systems and the creation of an integrating portal facilitating access to the different university information systems.

The external presentation of the University is ensured by its website. It has undergone several changes over the past years. In the first phase, the design was changed and made clearer, and during the second phase a content management tool was implemented to allow easy and user-friendly maintenance and updating of the content. Subsequently, the site management system was also implemented in the faculties and other parts of the university. A secondary information resource, intended mainly for students, is the presentation of university and faculty activities on several social networks, which has made access to information to the target group faster and more efficient.

UKF creates and continues to innovate its own ICT infrastructure and information systems (IS), which are part of the information support processes focusing on research, education, management. The implementation and operation of ICT and IS is ensured by the university-wide CIKT department, thus ensuring compliance with the long-term plan and strategic goals of the university. At the level of individual areas of technology application, technologies are used as follows: project and task management (IS Projects, SAP system, MIS Performance Indicators); support for learning and improvement activities is provided at the level of knowledge management (KIS, UK UKF database, educational materials are provided by some departments through e-learning courses); support for learning and improvement activities (existence of computer labs - each faculty has several such labs); provision of Internet access (all facilities are almost completely covered by wireless connection and all fixed computers provide Internet connection).

Interaction with students is ensured through AIS, e-mail communication, web presentations of the university, faculties and faculty departments. Promotion through print media, workshops and open days is used at selected times. Information sharing and provision at the level of educational content (e-learning, library services, learning management) is provided through electronic services 24 hours a day. All the University's information systems are linked to the single user management system (LDAP), allowing access to all systems via the same login credentials.

An example of minimising the environmental burden is the electronic tracking and evaluation of attendance, sick leave, business trips and overtime in the form of contactless smart cards or employee software (Watt Attendance System). Another example of minimising the environmental burden is the ordering of goods (oSys information system), designed for internal ordering of goods and services within the UKF by means of bulk collection of information from individual departments with the possibility of approving individual requests, while respecting the hierarchical structure of the UKF), as well as information on the remuneration for the work performed.

Monitoring and evaluation of study programmes by students is carried out on an annual basis by means of questionnaires on the evaluation of the educational process and teachers by students. The procedures for monitoring and evaluation of students' opinions on the quality of the study programme are regulated by the Quality Assurance System at the Faculty of Education of the UKF.

Periodic evaluation of teaching and teachers by students is accessible through AIS.

b) - Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The results of student feedback are analysed at several levels of the Faculty (Dean's College, PF Scientific Council, PF Academic Senate, etc.), communicated with stakeholders and published on the Faculty's website, in the Report on the Educational Activities of the UKF for the Academic Year (https://www.ukf.sk/intranet/vyrocne-spravy/73-moja-ukf/4353-vyrocne-spravy-za-rok-2020) /vyrocne-spravy/73-moja-ukf/4353-vyrocne-spravy-za-rok-2020) and in the Report on the Evaluation of Teaching and Faculty Teachers (https://www.pf.ukf.sk/index.php/sk/44-oznamy/98-hodnotenie-vzdelavania-a-ucitelov-studentmi The results of the feedback are an important basis for improving the quality of the study programme.

Measures to improve the quality of the study regulations are predominantly based on students' evaluations and comments, which are also based on personal communication and personal inquiries (for which both Methodological Seminars and PhD students' conferences organised by the training department are used), given the low numbers of students.

11. - References to other relevant internal regulations and information concerning the study or the study programme student
(e.g study guide, accommodation regulations, fee directive, guidelines for student loans, etc.).
