In the course of the semester, teachers may carry out continuous control of studies by means of written work, tests, assignments, term papers, etc. In the case of a test, the teacher is obliged to provide the student with the test for inspection upon request. In accordance with the course information sheet, the results of these checks may be the basis for passing the course and the award of credit. A student must meet the requirements for credit for a course (except state examination courses) completed by examination on the regular or a maximum of two make-up dates by the end of the semester in which the student enrolled in the course.

In accordance with the above-mentioned documents, the results of the assessments of the individual courses of the study programme must be entered into the AIS without delay, but no later than two working days after the examination/test. If a student believes that they have received a lower mark than they deserve, they may ask the teacher to re-evaluate the paper. The teacher must comply with the student's request, inform the student of the outcome of the review or discuss the problems with the student and justify the mark in this way. The new grade is entered into the AIS by the teacher by editing the original examination record. No later than three working days after the date of the examination/assessment, the supervisor of the course of study is to submit a completed and signed by the examiner examination report to the departmental secretariat. Only teachers - examiners may submit examination reports. A student who is dissatisfied with the mark or the way in which the examination has been organised may, within three working days of the publication of the final mark, lodge a written appeal with the faculty secretariat; the resolution of the case falls within the competence of the dean.

The Faculty of Central European Studies UKF in Nitra has defined procedures and tools for ensuring the student assessment process in the document Processes, Procedures and Tools of the Faculty of Central European Studies in the Field of Quality Assurance (Article 8-9), available on the faculty homepage -https://www.fss.ukf.sk/index.php/sk/uradna-tabula/system-zabezpecenia-kvality.

g) - Conditions for recognition of studies or a part of studies.

The organisation of all levels and forms of higher education at UKF is based on the credit system. The credit system of study at UKF uses the accumulation and transfer of credits. The conditions for the recognition of studies or part of studies are specified in Decree No 614/2002 Coll., § 4 and 7, and in the UKF Study Regulations, Articles 9, 11 and 20. The institution states the topics of final theses of the study programme (or a link to the list).

The credit system allows the student to choose the pace of study, the order of completion of the study programme subjects while maintaining their prescribed continuity, but also to complete part of the study at home or abroad, while in accordance with UKF Study Regulations (Article 11, paras. 3 - 5), the student enrols in the subjects in such a credit value and in such a structure (compulsory, compulsory optional and optional courses), so that in each part of the study to fulfil the conditions for the continuation of studies. When enrolling in courses, priority is generally given to students for whom the course is compulsory and to students from other universities who are required to take the course by their study contract. A student may be refused enrolment in a compulsory optional course from another faculty only in the event of failure to complete the prerequisite courses or for capacity reasons.

Detailed information on mobility (study stay or internship in an EU or EEA country) and credit recognition is available in documents such as Information for Students, Instructions to the Study Contract in Slovak language, Erasmus Student Charter in Slovak language, available on the university homepage (https://www.ukf.sk/granty/erasmus, https://www.ukf.sk/granty/erasmus/studijny-pobyt-krajiny-eu-a-ehp, https://www.ukf.sk/granty/erasmus/staz-krajiny-eu-a-ehp, or outside EU or EEA countries, https://www.ukf.sk/granty/erasmus/studijny-pobyt-krajiny-mimo-eu-a-ehp, https://www.ukf.sk/granty/erasmus/staz-krajiny-mimo-eu-a-ehp), or also provided to students by the Faculty and Departmental Erasmus Coordinator.

A detailed description of the procedure and competences in credit recognition are given in the Methodological Procedure for the Administration of Individual Tasks Related to the Administration of Erasmus+ Mobility of Students of the FSŠ UKF, which is available on the homepage of FSŠ UKF in Nitra on international mobility: https://www.fss.ukf.sk/sk/medzinarodne-vztahy/erasmus. The thesis presents the results of scientific research and the application of research results in social practice. It is characterised by a high degree of analysis and synthesis of knowledge, as well as a sufficient review of the existing literature. The dissertation should result in the acquisition of new knowledge in the given issue.

It is usually written in the state (Slovak) language, in the first person plural in the past tense. With the consent of the dean of the faculty, it may also be written in a language other than the state language. If the thesis is written in a foreign language, it must contain a resume in Slovak. The thesis must be written according to the valid rules of the Slovak language (or the foreign language used). The thesis shall have a standard layout and shall respect the formal and citation criteria as well as the principles of reference to literature available on the website https://www.ukf.sk/intranet/vnutorne-predpisy/73-moja-ukf/3794-13-2020. If the author requests a standstill period longer than 12 months in the submitted draft licence agreement, they shall simultaneously submit to the University a justification for the requested extension of the standstill period, the validity of which shall be assessed by the Dean. The student/author creates the license agreement and the confirmation of the electronic submission of the thesis through the information system when submitting the thesis in electronic form. The originality (the degree of conformity of the thesis text with the database of original texts) of the thesis is also assessed in the Central Register of Theses and Dissertations through the information system. Verification and obtaining the Originality Check Protocol is a condition for the defence of the thesis. The thesis is evaluated by the supervisor and three opponents. The supervisor is approved by the Scientific Council of FSŠ UKF in Nitra and the opponents of the thesis are appointed by the Dean on the basis of the proposal of the chairman of the thesis committee. The supervisor and the opponents shall prepare an assessment of the thesis through the AIS by filling in the designated form. The assessment focuses primarily on the assessment of: the topicality and difficulty of the assigned topic of the thesis; the student's orientation in the given issue, especially through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature; the appropriateness of the chosen methods of processing the problem addressed; the formulation of the objectives of the thesis and the degree of their fulfilment; the scope and level of the achieved results; the analysis and interpretation of the results and the formulation of the conclusions of the thesis; the applicability of the results in practice; the clarity and logical structure of the thesis; the formal, linguistic, and stylistic level of the thesis. The review also includes an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the thesis, recommendations, questions or suggestions for the defence of the thesis and a proposed final evaluation of the thesis. The evaluations must be made available to the student at least one week prior to the thesis defences via AIS. The thesis defence may be held even in the case of one negative opinion. If there are multiple negative reviews, the defence can only take place after the deficiencies mentioned in the reviews have been corrected and the thesis has been reassessed by the already approved opponents. The defence of the final thesis is a part (subject) of the state examination. The student applies for the state examination at the Faculty Study Department. The thesis defence is organised by the chair of the Committee of the Doctoral Study after the following conditions have been met: the submission of the review of all three opponents, the nomination of the members of the thesis defence committee, the presence of a two-thirds majority of the members of the committee at the thesis defence and at least two of the opponents. In the case of a negative review, the personal presence of the respective opponent at the dissertation defence is required. The defence of the dissertation shall be conducted by the chair of the examination committee. As a rule, the course of the thesis is as follows: opening, introduction of the candidate, brief presentation of the doctoral candidate's aims and achievements, evaluation of the doctoral candidate's individual study plan by the supervisor in the form of a review, presentation of the opponents' reviews, the doctoral candidate's response to the opponent's comments, discussion, closed discussion of the thesis, and conclusion: announcement of the result. The study programme is conducted in accordance with the rules of ethics in accordance with the Code of Ethics of UKF in Nitra, which is obligatory for all members of the academic community of UKF in Nitra (https://portal.ukf.sk/kvalita/index.php?r=rezort/predpisy/download&id=1084). The Code of Ethics is a set of ethical standards - norms and requirements - as well as the regulations concerning their violation, which determine the principles of ethical conduct and behaviour of all employees and students. Consideration of complaints regarding compliance with the Code of Ethics falls within the competence of the Ethics Committee of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. The composition of the Ethics Committee is available on the University's website (https://www.ukf.sk/univerzita/organy-univerzity/eticka-komisia). Details on the activities of the Ethics Committee of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra are regulated by the Statute of the Ethics Committee of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra (https://www.ukf.sk/images/univerzita/Uradna_tabula/2017-Statut_etickej_komisie.pdf).

Students are guided to the observance of academic ethics throughout the duration of their studies through individual courses included in their study plan, within which they learn the methods of citation and writing of seminar, qualification and final theses. If a student is found to have violated legal regulations (e.g. used the services of the social support system for a purpose other than that for which they are intended or otherwise misused the support) and their unethical behaviour is detected, this is considered to be a violation of the Study Regulations of UKF in Nitra and grounds for disciplinary proceedings. The use of any aids during the examination that were not allowed by the teachers or any cheating that may result in disciplinary proceedings is also considered a violation of ethical standards (Manual of the Quality Assurance System at the Faculty of Central European Studies of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Appendix HP_FSŠ_02: Procedure for Student Assessment at the Faculty of Central European Studies Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, section 3, para. 14).

Disciplinary offences of students enrolled in the study programme and disciplinary measures are discussed by the Disciplinary Committee of FSŠ UKF in Nitra. In addition to the Higher Education Act (Act 131/2002 Coll., § 72), it is governed by the Rules of Procedure of the Disciplinary Committee of the Faculty of Central European Studies UKF in Nitra for Students, available on the Faculty's website: https://www.fss.ukf.sk/images/vnutorne_predpisy/rokovaci_poriadok_discipl_komisie_28052008.pdf, but also through the Study Guide for the relevant academic year (https://www.fss.ukf.sk/images/dokumenty/2021/09/13/Sprievodca_studiom/SPRIEVODCA_FSS_2021_22.pdf).

-     procedures applicable to students with special needs:

Its aim is to provide conditions enabling students with specific needs who meet the admission criteria to access education (understood as the possibility to actively fulfil their study obligations and claim their rights on an equal level with other students, using technical aids and humane support) and to implement measures to identify, remove and prevent the creation of new physical, social, informational and humane barriers in the academic environment.

Students with special needs have the opportunity to benefit from counselling (academic support, intervention and therapeutic services, technical support) and consultation offered by the coordinators for work with students with special needs in coordination with the Centre for the Support of the Studies of Students with Special Needs. Information regarding counselling and consultation, as well as the names and contacts of the faculty coordinators, is available on the University website: https://www.ukf.sk/organizacia-studia/preukaz-studenta/vyhody-a-zlavy-isic/11-studium/1682-poradenstvo-a-podpora-pre-studentov-so-specifickymi-vzdelavacimi-potrebami .

Students with specific needs are supported by the Coordinator for Students with Specific Needs. The university-wide coordinator is appointed by the Rector of UKF in Nitra, the faculty coordinator is appointed by the Dean.

UKF in Nitra supports students with specific needs by giving them priority accommodation in dormitory, according to the university's possibilities, by enabling them to study in the following ways taking into account their medical condition and taking their medical condition into account when deciding whether to pay tuition fees and fees associated with their studies.

-     procedures for filing complaints and appeals by students:

As stipulated by the Higher Education Act (§72, para. 6), the student has the right to appeal against the decision to impose a disciplinary measure and to submit a request for its review to the Dean within 8 days of its receipt.

In the case of not granting a social scholarship, the student has the right to appeal against the decision within 15 days from the receipt of the decision (https://www.ukf.sk/verejnost/aktuality/udalosti/4889-ziadost-o-socialne-a-tehotenske-stipendium; Manual for Applicants for Social Scholarships available at:

https://www.ukf.sk/images/studium/Studium_na_UKF/Manual_pre_ziadatelov_o_socialne_stipendium_nove.pdf).

The department subscribes to 4 journal titles. Access to study literature from private libraries of the ÚSJK staff members is also provided individually by the lecturers.

b) - Characteristics of the study programme information management (access to study literature according to Course information sheets, access to information databases and other information sources, information technologies, etc.).

E-learning portals are a secondary source of study materials. In September 2007, LMS Moodle was implemented as a university-wide e-learning portal in a structure corresponding to the structure of the university (faculties divided into departments). By the end of 2013, the number of users of the EDU system exceeded 13,500 users (of which about one third was active), which can be considered as a smooth implementation of e-learning in the university environment. Teaching of all subjects is also carried out by the FFŠ with the support of the EDU system.

Within the framework of the nationwide project of the National Information System for Supporting Research and Development in Slovakia, FSŠ provides its students with access to electronic information resources (NISPEZ IV), which enables centralized access to the most important electronic information resources, reflecting the current situation in the field of open access to information (Open Access) in the world. The library also offers the sale of publications through a brick-and-mortar shop and e-shop, provides interlibrary loan service (ILS), international interlibrary loan service (ILS) and bibliographic information and research services for the staff and students of UKF. It also offers the possibility of searching in electronic information databases, such as ProQuest Central, Gale Virtual Reference Library: Art, Knovel Library, ScienceDirect, SCOPUS, Springer eBooks, SpringerLink, Web of Knowledge - Current Contents Connect, Web of Knowledge - Essential Science Indicators, Web of Knowledge - Journal Citation Reports, Web of Knowledge - Web of Science, Wiley Online Library, EBSCO), online catalogue, and the publishing and creative activities of the employees of the UKF in Nitra. Overview of library services: https://www.uk.ukf.sk/sk/sluzby, https://www.uk.ukf.sk/sk/studovne.

The integration of the system for recording and broadcasting lectures, which was deployed in 2013 in 5 lecture rooms within the individual faculties and FSŠ (large lecture room D2) is an important step in the field of e-learning. In addition to increasing accessibility of content, this technology also provides space for promotion and communication with the general public.

In order to provide basic information support for students, an e-mail system was set up in 2010 on the University's own behalf, through which each student receives their own e-mail account for official communication with the institution when starting studies.

In addition to e-mail communication, communication via the departmental websites and the distribution of messages in the AIS system, student information is also provided via large screens integrated into the university's information system.

IT infrastructure: Currently, all workplaces of UKF and student dormitories are connected via the fibre optic network. During 2006-2009, connection points were built in the accommodation units of the dormitories so that they are able to provide students with a stable connection to the Internet. The running of the computer network and the management of the information systems is secured by several dozen servers expanded for the first time in 2010 and for the second time in 2013, again thanks to the structural funds. The IT systems are now mostly run on virtual systems, which saves energy costs and increases the security of the systems against intrusions.

Information systems:

- Student Records - The Academic Information System (https://ais2.ukf.sk/ais/start.do) is currently used to record both students and their learning outcomes. In addition to the learning outcomes, it also contains records of final papers, timetable of classes and students' registration for it. At the same time, the AIS provides data for the Central Register of Students and the Central Register of Final Theses. At management level, the AIS serves as a source for reporting on teaching and for measuring the educational performance of departments and their staff. The information collected in the AIS also serves as a basic source for accreditation and the development of study offerings.

- Accommodation is handled through a separate module of the UIS (University Information System) and is provided by interfacing with the AIS and the University's LDAP (https://uis.ukf.sk/).

- The Library Information System (https://kis.ukf.sk/opacXE?fn=main) handles the activities of the University Library. Records of publication activity are maintained within the Library Information System, providing access to the personal publication activity of each member of staff both at the level of input and at the level of retrieval of publication and citation outputs. The data obtained serve as a source for the evaluation of staff and departments in the area of publication performance and at the same time represent a source for the Central Register of Publication Activity.

- The project activity register (https://portal.ukf.sk/kvalita/index.php?r=site/login) is the last of the three main indicators used to measure performance. Project activity reflects both the engagement of individual entities and their financial contribution to the entities of the University. The system also serves as a source for reporting data to the MoE in the area of project activity.

- DOC (Document Management System, https://doc.ukf.sk/login/index.php) serves as an authorised zone for university staff and students and, together with the intranet part of the website, provides access to up-to-date documents (internal regulations of the university and faculties, forms, decisions of the rector, deans (e.g. in the area of scholarships), software (licensed and freely available), working materials of the management units, etc.).

- E-learning systems to support teaching: Videoconferencing system (MEET, https://meet.ukf.sk/ukf), Educational Portal (EDU, https://edu.ukf.sk/.

- An important step presenting the quality of the university was the involvement in the Eduroam project, the basic idea of which is to allow students and academic staff to connect to a computer network in another academic institution without having to register or obtain access data. Connecting to the network only requires the user to have a username and password that they use at their home institution. We anticipate use by both visitors to the University and by our students and staff on visits to other universities.

- Tourism educational software to support practical training of future graduates for practice. At the beginning of the academic year 2015/2016, a new training program of the global tourism distribution system GALILEO was installed in a specialized ICT classroom, which will be used to simulate the real operations of the distribution of tourism products and services from the producer to the final customer. In the academic year 2016/2017, Bluegastro (intelligent restaurant system) and Horec (sophisticated hotel system) were installed on the faculty server, which is accessible within the internal network. Client software is installed in two computer labs. The use of these systems in teaching helps students to acquire knowledge and skills that are very useful, especially in the hotel industry.

- The external presentation of the faculty is provided by its website. It has undergone major changes over the past years. The design has been changed and made clearer, a content management tool has been deployed to enable easy and user-friendly maintenance and updating of content. Subsequently, the site management system was also implemented at the faculty departments. The faculty also uses other channels to keep in touch with students or alumni as well as potential prospective students, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. We run a web magazine as part of the website. The Faculty operates three language mutations of the website (Slovak, Hungarian and English). The Slovak and Hungarian versions are almost identical, the English version contains basic information about the faculty and the work carried out at the faculty both in the pedagogical and scientific research fields.

The website of the Institute of Languages and Cultures of Central Europe, which is linked to the faculty website and magazine, provides students with information on teaching management (tutorials, timetable changes, teaching aids), informs them and the public about current scientific and cultural events and about the publishing activities of the Institute's collaborators.

The University also uses the following information systems to manage, store and evaluate information:

- Registry (https://uis.ukf.sk/)

- Catering System (https://www.stravovanie.ukf.sk/)

- Ordering System (OSYS) (https://osys.ukf.sk:4443/osys/users/login/?u=%2Fosys%2F)

- Attendance system (https://watt.ukf.sk/)

- Employee Portal (ESS) (https://ess.iedu.sk/irj/portal).

All information systems communicate with the user through a secure channel. Teachers and students log in using the username and password they use to log in to UKF information systems.

c) - Characteristics and extent of distance education applied in the study programme with the assignment to courses. Access, manuals of e-learning portals. Procedures for the transition from contact teaching to distance learning.

To support distance learning, the university offers an e-learning portal EDU built on LMS Moodle, which allows sharing of study materials, collecting student work, testing and examining students, etc. Before the start of each semester, courses are created for all courses with their content relevant from a year ago flipped over without previous student records, while the old courses are used to archive student records. On an as-needed basis, training sessions are also held for teaching staff to make the system more efficient, and an online manual is also available: https://edu.ukf.sk/mod/page/view.php?id=104151.

Another system to support distance learning is the Jitsi Meet videoconferencing system, for which a manual is provided on the website https://www.ukf.sk/images/univerzita/Celouniverzitne_pracoviska/CIKT/Videokonferecny_system/NavodJitsiMeet.html.

All faculty and university lecturers are able to provide teaching through the Jitsi Meet videoconferencing system and also provide e-learning courses through the UKF Education Portal.

d) - Institution partners in providing educational activities for the study programme and the characteristics of their participation.

Within the framework of faculty educational activities, it cooperates with foreign universities, professional and scientific organizations, as well as with other domestic and foreign educational and scientific institutions. The Vice-Dean for International Cooperation is responsible for the coordination of these relations (Manual of Quality Assurance System at the Faculty of Central European Studies, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, section 6.2).

The students of UKF, and therefore also of the Faculty of Central European Studies, have adequate opportunities for sports, cultural, spiritual and social activities during their studies, which is also declared in the Long-term Goal of UKF and defined in the Statute of UKF. The University supports and organises activities that lead students to their active participation in the organisation and provision of events and activities outside the educational process. The organisational structure for the provision of sports, cultural, social and spiritual activities is the UKF Student Centre.

The most important civic association that prepares students' leisure-time events is the Student Parliament of UKF. The association organises several regular and irregular cultural and sporting events and publishes a student magazine Občas Nečas.

There are also other societies and voluntary associations, academic ensembles, theatres and musical groups at UKF.

Students interested in folk dancing can participate in the folklore ensemble Ponitran; more "modern" dancing (tap) can be learnt in the university dance society ATIKUS. Vocally gifted students can enrich or support the Academic Choir and also the Hungarian Choir. Other clubs, associations and societies include: the Student Parliament of UKF, the Christian Students' Club at UPC - Lumen, the Union of Hungarian Students - JUGYIK, the Academic Choir, the Hungarian Choir of UKF Nitra, the VYDI Student Theatre at UKF Nitra, AIESEC, the Volley Project of UKF Nitra, the BKM JUNIOR of UKF Nitra, the Media Centre, and Radio Plus. 10. - Feedback on the quality of provided education
a) - Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality.

The quality policy of the Faculty of Central European Studies of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra is based on the legislative framework of the Slovak Republic defined in Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education and on the objectives, principles of the quality policy of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. To ensure the quality of the implemented programme, periodic evaluation and regular monitoring of the implemented study programme is carried out (in terms of content - linking theory and practice by providing selected disciplines by experts from practice and inclusion of professional practice in the study plan; based on the current needs of the labour market, staffing and material and technical and informational support). The method of quality assurance evaluation is carried out in accordance with the internal regulations of the FSŠ: MP_FSŠ_01: Evaluation and assessment and HP_FSŠ_01: Approval, monitoring and periodic evaluation of study programmes at the FSŠ. The evaluation of learning within the study programme is verified by means of a student evaluation questionnaire, through which students have the opportunity to comment on each course implemented in the relevant semester of the academic year. Information is gathered on the following areas: the study programme, the study subject, the delivery of education, the teacher's assessment of students, the teacher's professional and didactic competence, the learning resources available to support student learning, the material and technical provision of teaching and to ensure that students are aware of the various challenges (Erasmus+, conferences, scholarships, etc.). The questions are formulated in accordance with ESG 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, the questions of the questionnaires are formulated in such a way that all ESG standards are assessed as much as possible. In the questionnaire, students can also point out possible negative phenomena and make suggestions for improving the conditions of study at FSŠ. The completed questionnaires will be processed using Google Forms or EvaSys, which allows for the evaluation of some areas also in comparison with the processed results from previous years. The relevant parts of the evaluated results are provided to the individual teachers and the summarised evaluations for the individual departments are delivered to the supervisors. Any problems or shortcomings are dealt with individually by the heads of department or at a departmental meeting. The role of the person who has the relevant competences and has the main responsibility for the implementation, development and quality assurance of the study programme is to evaluate the functioning of the study programme and its effectiveness once a year. This evaluation should take into account the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, information from student evaluations of learning, feedback from professional organisations and employers, the results of final examinations, as well as the reflections of the lecturers. An evaluation of the curriculum based on these criteria should also be carried out after the standard length of study has elapsed. If necessary, the person with the relevant competences and the main responsibility for the implementation, development and quality assurance of the curriculum shall make a proposal for revision or preventive measures.

Approval of modifications to study plans, after discussion in the Dean´s Advisory Board and the Academic Senate of FSŠ, has so far been carried out by the Scientific Council of FSŠ UKF, within the harmonization of the internal system with the standards, the approval of adjustments at the faculty level is within the competence of the Quality Council of FSŠ UKF in Nitra, whose task is to assess the compliance of the existing study programme with the standards of the SAA for the study programme in harmonization of the Internal Quality Assurance System of UKF in Nitra, periodic evaluation or fundamental adjustment of the study programme and change of the person responsible for the study programme (or its integral part) which, after consent of the Quality Council of FSŠ, is submitted by the Dean of FSŠ for assessment to the Quality Council of UKF.

b) - Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The aim of the evaluation is to harmonise the pedagogical process and to increase the personal commitment of teachers to improving the quality of this process. Such evaluation enables the faculty management to obtain accurate and specific information about individual lecturers and the results of their teaching activities, and to use this information for correct management and decision-making processes.

The results of the evaluation of education and teachers by students are published in a separate document on the faculty homepage: https://www.fss.ukf.sk/sk/uradna-tabula/hodnotenia-studentmi. The analysis of the collected data is evaluated within the annual reports (https://www.fss.ukf.sk/sk/uradna-tabula/vyrocne-spravy), but they are also discussed at the level of the faculty management, the Dean´s Advisory Board and at the department level, evaluating the relevance of the suggestions and comments.

c) - Results of graduate feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The evaluation of education by graduates, carried out since 2016, is an important feedback, the importance of which lies in proposing effective measures to improve the quality of the education provided and the better application of graduates in the labour market. The analysis of education at the Faculty of Science and Technology by graduates was one of the activities within the ongoing development project ZML-2018/1-945:191006 Integration of education and research at UKF in Nitra with regard to social needs and practice requirements. Within the framework of the above mentioned project, a database of graduates was created - based on common communication channels such as e-mail, mail and using social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), which is continuously updated. The alumni questionnaire reflected areas such as the current life and working career of the graduate, opinions on studying at UKF, on the evaluation of the education received and the graduated study programme. Statistical evaluation of the graduates' responses was carried out using the EvaSys system.

The faculty and the department also monitor the employability of graduates of its study programmes through external information sources providing information on the employability of graduates in practice for individual academic years - the information is available at https://uplatnenie.sk/. Graduates of the study programme are also invited to various professional events and conferences organised by the faculty or the department through social networks.
