c) - Evaluation of the study programme quality by employers (feedback).

The evaluation of the study programme by employers has not yet been carried out, as the first graduates of the study programme were in 2020, at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a very negative impact on the tourism sector. Employers in the tourism sectors did not recruit any new graduates during this period as they were dealing with their existential issues and job retention for their employees. The situation was similar in 2021. The first assessment of the quality of the study programme by employers will be carried out in the current year 2022. Despite the absence of employer evaluation, we consider it a success that two of our graduates have become PhD students at established and reputable higher education institutions in the field of Economics and Management - Mgr. Kristína Medeková at the Department of Tourism at the EF UMB in Banská Bystrica and Mgr. Peter Moritz at the FESR SPU in Nitra (mentioned in the previous point b).

g) - Conditions for recognition of studies or a part of studies.

The organisation of all levels and forms of higher education at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra is based on the credit system. The credit system of study at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra uses the accumulation and transfer of credits. The conditions for the recognition of studies or part of studies are specified in Decree No 614/2002 Coll., § 4 and 7 paragraph, and in the Study Regulations of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Articles 9, 11 and 20. The credit system allows the student to choose the pace of study and the sequence of courses of the study programme, while maintaining the prescribed continuity. It also allows students to complete part of their study at home or abroad, while taking courses in such credit value and structure (compulsory, compulsory optional and optional courses), in accordance with the Study Regulations of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Article 11, paragraphs 3– 5), that meet the requirements for continuation in each part of the study. When enrolling in courses, preference is usually given to students for whom the course is compulsory and to students from other universities who are obliged to take the course by virtue of their study contract. It is only possible to deny a student enrollment in a compulsory optional course from another faculty if the students have not completed the prerequisite courses or for capacity reasons. Detailed information on mobility (study stay or internship in an EU or EEA country) and credit recognition can be found in documents such as the Information for Students, the Study Contract Instruction in Slovak, and the Erasmus Student Charter in Slovak, which are available on the University website (https://www.ukf.sk/), but are also provided to students by the faculty and the department coordinator. At the Department of Tourism, the function of the Departmental Coordinator for Erasmus is held by PhDr. Zuzana Palenčíková, PhD. The Faculty (Department for Science, Research, International Relations and Development of the Faculty of Central European Studies, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra) and the University (Department for International Relations of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra) have departments that coordinate and provide support for mobility programmes. The Bachelor Thesis and its Defence is considered as a subject of the final state examinations. A detailed description of the procedure and competencies for the recognition of academic achievements can be found in the Methodological procedure for the administration of individual tasks connected with the administration of Erasmus+ mobility of students at the Faculty of Central European Studies of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, which is available on the website of the Faculty of Central European Studies of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra on international mobility (https://www.fss.ukf.sk/sk/medzinarodne-vztahy/erasmus). The procedure for recognition of credits earned by a student at another higher education institution is specified in the Study Regulations of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Article 20, paragraphs 6 and 7). The person appointed by the dean decides on the recognition of academic achievements.

For the recognition of results, the student is obliged to submit to his/her faculty the original or an officially certified photocopy of the transcript of study results from another higher education institution. The transcript becomes part of the student's personal academic record. The Dean designee then enters the credits and course grades for the courses taken at the other institution into the student's AIS.

https://www.fss.ukf.sk/sk/blog/category/aktuality/page/7 The number of applicants and the number of students admitted to the Management of Regional Tourism study programme over the last 4 years are as follows:

10. - Feedback on the quality of provided education
a) - Procedures for monitoring and evaluating students' opinions on the study programme quality.

Monitoring of the quality of the study programme is carried out once a year by means of an anonymous questionnaire survey.

The questions of the questionnaires are formulated in such a way that all ESG standards are assessed as far as possible.

The completed questionnaires are processed using the EvaSys system, which allows us to evaluate some areas also in comparison with the processed results from previous years. As part of the survey, students can also anonymously point out possible negative phenomena and make suggestions for improving the conditions of study at FSŠ.

The questionnaire survey provides information on the following areas of study: study programme, study course, implementation of education, evaluation of students by the teacher, professional and didactic competence of the teacher, study resources to support student learning, material and technical equipment of teaching and to ensure that students are informed about the various challenges (Erasmus+, conferences, scholarships, etc.) - the questions are formulated in accordance with ESG 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

b) - Results of student feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

Relevant parts of the evaluated results are provided to individual teachers and the summative evaluations for each department are delivered to supervisors. Heads of department individually address any problems that have arisen.

If necessary, the person who has the relevant competencies and has the main responsibility for the implementation, development and quality assurance of the study programme makes a proposal for revision or preventive measures in accordance with the internal regulation 21/2013 Quality Assurance of Education at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (as amended).

Based on the assessment of each area and the deficiencies identified, actions are proposed and taken, usually included in the faculty action plans in the are of education and implemented as part of the study program adaptations.

The report on student evaluation of teachers at the Faculty of Central European Studies is also discussed by the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Central European Studies and the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Central European Studies.

The results of the student evaluation feedback are processed and published on the faculty's website:

c) - Results of graduate feedback and related measures to improve the study programme quality.

The department monitors the employment of graduates of the study programme from various sources of information - by questionnaire survey, through social networks Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and by telephone inquiry. Proposals for modification of the study programme in question have also been made on the basis of the results of feedback from its first graduates graduating in 2020 and 2021. We do not yet record information on graduates of the study programme through external information sources providing information on the applicability of graduates in practice at https://uplatnenie.sk/, as information is currently only available for graduates graduating in 2018 and 2019.

Graduates of the study programme are also invited to various professional events and conferences organised by the faculty or the department, e.g. as guests at the University Open Day, SVOČ, or workshops and conferences organised by the department.

Proposals for changing the study programme were also made based on the results of feedback from its graduates.
